Job Description:
Sourcing Sea fearers from Engine Department.
Recruitment of Senior - (Chief Engineer, Second Engineer) and Junior Engineers ( Third Engineer / Fourth Engineer / ETO) from References, advertisement and job portals.
Crew change plan.
Liaising with vessels for day to day queries.

Desired Candidate:
Sourcing for Deck or Engine department for Main Fleet Vessels having experience of 3 to 10 years.
Good Communication Skills
Ability to work under pressure.
