Sourcing Sea fearers from Deck Department or Engine Department.
Recruitment of Senior Officers and Engineers - (Master / Chief Engineer / Chief Officer / Second Engineer) for Dry Fleet from References, advertisement and job portals.
Crew change plan.
Liaising with vessels for day to day queries.
Desired Candidate:
Sourcing for Deck or Engine department for Main Fleet Vessles having experience of 3 to 10 years.
Good Communication Skills
Ability to work under pressure.
